We had a great time at the CUNA Conference at the beautiful Arizona Biltmore Hotel in Phoenix earlier this month. The opportunity to meet with credit union IT and Security professionals and show off our IoT Security solution gives us excellent input and feedback on your top-of-mind security challenges.
Key topics discussed during the conference included cybersecurity, disaster recovery, big data, NCUA compliance and more. Additionally, there was a lot of buzz on the operational and financial implications of the disastrous Equifax breach. Are you aware that CUNA just filed a lawsuit against Equifax?
We attended an endpoint security panel moderated by Mark Reed, American Airlines Federal Credit Union, Vice President IT Infrastructure and Information Security, in which the panelists discussed how the rapid growth of IoT in credit union applications is becoming a real challenge, especially as it relates to device discovery, control and authentication. Another conference highlight was the COO Exchange, in which ideas surrounding business priorities, best practices, competition from larger banks and cybersecurity were shared.
